Some problems of legal regulation in application of artificial reproduction method

The article deals with the problem of legal regulation of relationships in application of a method of artificial human reproduction in the RF. Today the rates of auxiliary reproductive technologies implementation in everyday medical practice are ahead of development of the legal basis in this field, that is not only in Russia but throughout the world.
