Some problems of advertising legal regulation

The article discusses some problems of advertising legal regulation. The conclusion is made about the imperfection of this regulation due to possible contradictions between the interests of parties to an advertising services’ contract and public requirements which may not protect the interests of third parties. The problems of advertising regulation include the proper respondent in case of violation of the advertising legislation and the problem of unjust enrichment in case of placing advertising on a residential house without the owners’ a decision.
