Some problems of protection of property relations in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the problems of legal protection of property relations in modern Russia. The article analyzes the issues of legal protection of the interests of the owners of new objects of civil rights - uncertified securities, digital rights and others. It is concluded that a number of the existing norms of criminal legislation do not fully correspond to economic realities and the need for a comprehensive reform of Chapter 21 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
