Some issues of lump-sum welfare payment for acquisition or construction of living quarters for employees of the ministry of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

In the article the mechanism of satisfaction of housing needs of police officers by means of providing them with lump-sum welfare payment on acquisition or construction of living quarters is investigated. Gaps of legal regulation of the specified relations and a problem of practice of their application are brought to light. The authors formulated some suggestions for improvement of the mechanism of realisation of lump-sum welfare payment to police officers.
