Some problems of overcoming the destructive character of creativity in the youth environment

The article is devoted to the cultural and legal aspects of overcoming the destructive nature of creativity in the youth environment. Theoretical conceptualization of the concept of «measure» in art as a criterion that allows to reveal the extremist nature of the work is carried out. Some objective and subjective signs of extremist crimes are analyzed; their correlation with the legislation on counteraction of extremist activity is investigated.
