Some problems of application of media procedure in military courts

The concept of pre-trial settlement of disputes through the mediation procedure is fully consistent with the spirit of reforming the judicial system of the Russian Federation. Military courts are no exception. However, in practice, with all the positive aspects of this procedure, the percentage of cases completed with its use remains extremely low. In this regard, the article considers a number of problems in the application of alternative dispute resolution procedures by military courts.
