Some problems of vocational training of advocates and delivery of a qualification examination in the light of reform of the market of legal services

Purpose: Analysis of problems of preparation of advocates, receiving status of the advocate, development of recommendations about their overcoming. Methodology: The author applied formal logical, comparative legal and sociological methods. Results: In the light of the forthcoming reform of the market of legal services the conclusion is drawn on need of increase of the state quality assurances of the legal help given by advocates. As the main direction change of existing system of vocational training of advocates and delivery of a qualification examination is called. On the basis of the analysis of the legislation, scientific researches, practice (by studying of statistical data and materials of bar associations), foreign and national experience separate suggestions for improvement of the legislation on advocates activity and legal profession in Russia are made.
