The authors present guidelines for law enforcement bodies, which will allow to prepare materials about forensic medical examination of living persons in case of a two-stage rupture of the spleen so that judicial-medical experts can detail the mechanism of the injury, determine prescription of the formation, the multiplicity of traumatic exposures and answer other questions during the initial examination.
