Problems of detection and investigation of crimes in the field of information technology

The article deals with the problems of detection and investigation of crimes committed using information technologies. The author analyzes the dynamics of cybercrimes committed over the period of 2020. Solutions to emerging problems are suggested. The author comes to the conclusion that the forensic tactics for investigating cybercrimes are not formed in Russia and need to be qualitatively modernized, since the level of security of Russian citizens depends on this.
