Some problems of implementing public-private partnership projects in the Omsk region

The article presents an overview of the experience of implementing public-private partnership projects in the Omsk region, highlights the key projects, both already implemented and possible for implementation. The very fact that there are a significant number of PPP project initiatives that can be implemented in the region, but are currently not signed due to the lack of private investors willing to participate in them, allowed the article to come to the conclusion that there are problematic aspects of the development of public-private partnership in the Omsk region.
