The European Court of Human Rights: usage issues of its decisions in Russia

The article is devoted to the study of the impact of the European Court of Human Rights on domestic law enforcement practice. The author believes that the implementation of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms can have a positive impact on the development of the Russian legal system.
