Some problems of conservation of the secret of the adoption (facilitation) in civilian navigation

The article is devoted to the problems of adoption of children at the trial stage. The views of scientists regarding the appropriateness of securing the secrecy of adoption of children and its legal nature are analyzed. Positive and negative aspects of the adoption mystery are revealed. Some changes to the existing legislation are proposed.
