Some problems related to finding property in shared ownership

The author of the article examines the main issues of legislative regulation of common shared ownership and the corresponding judicial practice, analyzes the concept of the reform of property law on these issues and gives the most interesting judicial acts. Concludes that it is advisable to introduce the concept of «special property rights» into the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
