Some problems of attorney's participation in appointed criminal proceedings

The paper discusses issues related to the participation in criminal proceedings of a defender by appointment, as well as the problems of imposing on a convict the sums spent by the state for remuneration of a lawyer appointed by the preliminary investigation bodies and the court. The authors formulate proposals aimed at improving the provision of the rights of persons who refused to invite a lawyer by agreement in connection with their property insolvency.
