Some contradictions between the legislation on advocacy profession and the legislation regulating production on civil cases, and their overcoming

Purpose: Identification of collisions between the legislation on advocacy profession and the legislation regulating production on civil cases in Russia, and development of offers on their overcoming. Methodology: The formal - legal method and method of theoretical modeling were used. Results: The author formulated offers on permission of collisions between the Russian legislation on advocacy profession and the legislation regulating production on civil cases, concerning the content of the rights of the advocate representative, an identification of the lawyer representative, registration of its powers, and also the rights connected with realization for the branch statement to the judge considering a civil case, and the rights for compensation within production on a civil case of expenses on payment of a legal aid. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses high scientific value and has the practical importance as is one of the first attempts to consider a question of overcoming of collisions between the legislation on advocacy profession and the legislation regulating production on civil cases.
