Some reflections on the concept of "law and order" in the context of national security of Tajikistan

The article discusses issues related to the concept of «rule of law» as one of the functions of the national security of the state. The author describes this category. However, the concept proposed by the author does not mean a denial of the legal nature of such concepts as «public order», «public safety», «public order protection». This concept is all the more relevant in the context of ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of a citizen and a person, the fight against crime and offenses, which constitute a real threat to the security of Tajikistan. It is indicated that the rule of law in this area can be ensured only by coordinated actions of all branches of government.
