Some results of the grain grinder

One of the main methods of processing feed - grinding. There is a necessarily to choose rational cutting angles of the material to increase the efficiency of the grinding process of the resulting grinding product. In the study of the work of the shredder, the authors carried out calculations and selected rational cutting angles, as well as determined the curvature of the walls of the through grooves of the cutting elements of the working organs of the shredder. A 3D-model of the working bodies of the grain chopper with curved cutting elements is presented. Some results of the work such a grain chopper are given, which are clearly reflected in the presented experimental graphical dependencies.
