Some theoretical and legal issues of legal regulation of the interaction of executive authorities in the Russian Federation

The article discusses the current theoretical and legal aspects of the legal regulation of the interaction of executive authorities in the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the analysis of existing mechanisms for coordinating the activities of federal and regional executive authorities, as well as the problems of their legal support. The author examines the conceptual foundations of interdepartmental cooperation, identifies gaps in current legislation and suggests ways to eliminate them. The paper reveals the principles of organizing effective interaction between executive authorities at various levels, analyzes the modern forms of their cooperation in the context of digitalization of public administration. The scientific novelty of the research lies in a comprehensive analysis of the legal mechanisms for coordinating the activities of executive authorities and developing a systematic approach to solving the identified problems.
