Some criminal law issues related to the abduction of a minor

The article discusses the concept of abduction, its signs, special attention is paid to one of its qualified components, namely abduction in relation to minors. As part of the study, certain problems were identified in the qualification of acts as a given crime, as well as bringing to criminal responsibility for its commission; the need to distinguish between family law and criminal law relations in the transfer of minors. Author's proposals have been made to overcome them.
