Some of the conditions relieving the carrier from liability

The article deals with some conditions of the carrier's exemption from liability under the contract of carriage of goods, reflected and evaluated the jurisprudence on the application of the law on the subject area of relations, identified and analyzed some gaps in the legal regulation of the contract of carriage of goods.
