The specifics of personnel policy at enterprises participating in foreign economic activity

HR policy plays a key role in the management of enterprises, especially in the context of globalization and active foreign economic activity. The article examines the main elements of personnel policy, including legal frameworks such as the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Labor Code, as well as key aspects such as personnel planning, recruitment, training and motivation of personnel. Special attention is paid to the need to adapt personnel policy to international standards and cultural peculiarities of partner countries, as well as challenges related to the shortage of qualified personnel and economic sanctions.
