Some issues of the administrative-territorial structure of the Russian Federation at the present stage

The issues about the essence of the state and its form have not lost their relevance for a long time. Special attention should be paid to the study of one of the elements of the form of the state - administrative-territorial structure, especially of the new constituent entities that became part of Russia in 2022, as well as the reasons for such entry, historical and legal features of the formation of new territories as new administrative-territorial units, their integration into the Russian legal system.
