Some issues of membership of states in the Eurasian Economic Union and the law of the World Trade Organization

Бесплатный доступ

This article examines the issue of the relationship of obligations arising from the membership of states in the World Trade Organization, with obligations arising from the membership of states in the Eurasian Economic Union. In the context of these problems, both general problems of the relationship between the law of the World Trade Organization and the laws of certain regional economic integration organizations are covered, as well as practical problematic situations where the jurisdiction and the WTO law do not extend to all participants of the regional economic integration organization. To resolve possible legal conflicts between the law of the Eurasian Economic Union and the law of the World Trade Organization, the membership of the Eurasian Economic Union to the World Trade Organization is proposed.
