Some questions of functional interaction of social-security and labor relationships in the implementation of economic function

The paper attempts to understand the mechanism of the functional impact of social security law. The system of functional impact is considered separately from the object of influence. It is shown that the system “legal norm - legal relationship” is significantly different from other systems. It is created as a result of the functional impact of a legal norm. In this system, one element is created by another. Questions are being studied in the work: сan such systems have their own independent function, whether legal relations can have an independent function.
