Some issues of punishment execution in the form of corrective labor

Certain legal, organizational and managerial issues arising in the course of punishment execution in the form of corrective labor are considered in the article. The authors consider an array of reasons for committing repeat crimes by person having been already sentenced to corrective labor, namely insufficient examination of registered offenders' personalities, choice of non-effective measures of influence, as well as the low level of external interaction between criminal executive inspectorates.
