Some questions of the constitutional-legal regulation of provision of the national safety of Russia in the context of competence of the Russian Federation president plenipotentiaries

The questions of the constitutional-legal regulation of provision of the national safety of the Russian Federation are analyzed. Considering the provision of the national safety as an obligatory condition of existence of personality, society and state, the author analyzes the role which the state power authorities play while performing the functions in the sphere of provision of the national safety of the Russian Federation. The role of the Russian President plenipotentiaries in the federal areas is studied more profoundly.
