Some issues of criminalization of extremist crimes encroaching on the foundations of the constitutional order and security of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article is devoted to the criminalization of socially dangerous acts of extremist nature, as one of the most difficult problems of modern Kyrgyzstan, associated with the variety of its forms, the diverse composition of extremist groups and organizations that threaten national security. The stages of criminalization of socially dangerous acts of extremist nature in the context of the development of criminal legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic are presented.
