Some issues of investigation methodology juvenile crimes in the Russian Federation

This scientific study analyzes the methodological aspects of forensic investigation in Russia, with a special focus on the specifics of working with cases involving underage participants. The researchers have developed and presented some approaches to optimizing investigative actions in relation to crimes involving teenagers. The chosen topic is of particular importance in the context of the development of a democratic society, given both the need for effective legal protection for juvenile victims of crime and the relatively stable rates of juvenile delinquency. According to the researchers, the proposed legal solutions have the potential to significantly reduce the number of offenses committed by persons under the age of majority.
