In the legal science there are quite a lot of approaches to the def in ition of legal relationship. Some scholars consider legal relations as «legitimate volitional social relations, whose members are endowed with subjective rights and legal obligations» or as «public relations regulated by law and protected by the state, the participants of which act as carriers of mutually corresponding each other legal rights and obligations». Others believe that the legal relationship should be understood as «a concrete, real public relation, clothed in a legal form and resulting from the implementation of the norm», «the specific result of the impact of the rule of law on the actual public attitude». The author is inclined to divide the position of the second group of scientists and take as their basis the approach to the definition of the legal relationship.
