Certain issues regarding the mode of production of small arms and firearms

Introduction: the article is devoted to expert definition of manufacture of some types of shooting firearms. Literature review: the practice of forensic assessments of the 9-mm submachine gun K6-92 (Armenia) and structurally similar to it submachine guns manufactured as part of criminal arms production was examined. Materials and Methods: the materials of the article have based on the results of the analysis of forensic literature, as well as a forensic ballistic expert study of a homemade submachine gun, during which methods of observation, measurement, description, comparison, experimental and microscopic methods were used. Results: state requirements for factory industrial production of small arms ensure its obvious high quality. With this in mind, the methodology of expert research in determining the belonging of an object to firearms for products of factory industrial production provides only the establishment of a model of weapons.
