Some issues of the organization of labor protection system at enterprises within the framework of a comprehensive approach

The paper dwells upon certain aspects in the organization of labor protection system at enterprises. The goal is to study the possibility of applying a comprehensive approach to the process of ensuring the functioning of labor protection system. The subject of the scientific research is labor protection system itself. The work contains the results of the use of the following methods of scientific research: the analysis, the synthesis, the study of scientific papers on the identified problem and the generalization of the information studied. The results of the scientific work include the consideration of the possibility of organizing labor protection when applying a comprehensive approach, as well as determining the main directions in accordance with it. In the course of the scientific work, it was proved that the implementation of labor protection system through the use of a comprehensive approach makes it possible to take into account all the features of the working environment and organize it in such a way that the integral safety of the entire business entity is ensured. The solution to the problem of organizing a labor protection system is intended, taking into account all the system elements, which helps to eliminate mistakes and ensure effective functioning of an enterprise. The obtained scientific results can be helpful for subsequent scientific research on this and related problems (labor discipline) in enterprises, the identified key areas of the organization of labor protection system in the context of a comprehensive approach can be taken as the basis for creating plans for the modernization of a relevant sphere in small and medium enterprises of the manufacturing sector. The scientific novelty of the study lies in demonstrating the possibility of applying a comprehensive approach to the organization of labor protection at enterprises using the synthesis of key system elements.
