Videoteleconference in the courts of regions and new higher courts

Introduction: the author analyses videoteleconference between the courts of regions and new higher courts: general jurisdiction courts of cassation, general jurisdiction courts of appeal that have been working since October 1, 2019. Materials and Methods: methodology of the study was systemic, complex approach with theoretical and empirical methods (analysis, synthesis, logical and judicial, comparative, generalization). The author studied 8 cases that that the Sixth Court of Cassation considered with the usage of videoteleconference. Results: the study confirmed the high efficiency of videoteleconference in dealing with cases in new general jurisdiction cassation and appeal courts. Discussion and Conclusions: the author suggests expand and improve the usage of videoteleconference in general jurisdiction cassation and appeal courts.
