On the issue of municipal service within the framework of the public administration system of the Russian Federation

Within the framework of this research work, some legal issues of the implementation of the procedural order in the Russian Federation were considered, as well as, in particular, the issues of the basics of investigating juvenile crimes, some tools for improving the investigation of crimes involving juvenile subjects were proposed for consideration. The relevance of the research topic is predetermined by the significant importance of the institution of legal protection of juvenile victims, as well as the relatively stable trend in the frequency of crimes committed by minors within the framework of the creation of the concept of any democratic state. The authors believe that the introduction of some legal innovations can to some extent reduce the increase in the number of crimes committed by minors.
