Some issues of preparation of the prosecutor to participate in a court on criminal cases on official crimes

In the article, the author considers the peculiarities of the participation of the prosecutor in the consideration of cases of malfeasance at the stage of preparing the prosecutor to participate in the judicial process. Examples are given of typical situations arising in court hearings, which should be evaluated by the public prosecutor in preparation for maintaining a public prosecution.
