Some issues of the legal regulation of the legal entity associations in Ukraine

The article reviews norms of the national and foreign legislation, regulating legal status of the associations of legal entities. The undertaken research shows, that problems of the legal entities associations and their forms of business organization cannot be solved without concordance between the standards of the Civil and Commercial Codes of Ukraine. The subject matter under consideration is of a many-sided nature. The author carries out a comparative legal analysis of the standards of the Ukrainian, Russian and other countries' law systems, on the basis of which an original view on the procedure of the legal regulation of some relations is suggested.
