Some issues of legal regulation agricultural development

Each form of management has its own specific features associated with their economic nature, the historical fate of their origin and development, as well as with the specific conditions of existence at the current stage. At the same time, all categories of farms are directly influenced by the general conditions of the functioning of the agricultural sector. Therefore, when implementing state support for agriculture, it is necessary to be guided by the principle of equal accessibility of state support measures, that is, the allocation of budget funds to all agricultural producers (and not only profitable and promising ones) in order to ensure their effective development.
