Some issues of mediation implementation during the labour disputes settlement in the Republic of Kazakhstan

This article discusses some issues of application of mediation in the resolution of labour disputes in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The use of foreign experience of mediation is analysed. Problems arising in practice of the application of rules concerning mediation as one of the alternative mechanisms to resolve labour disputes are identified.
