Some issues of examination in the investigation of road accidents committed by a person in a state of intoxication

This article discusses the features and problems of the production of the survey in the investigation of violations of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles. Studying the legislation and judicial practice, the author comes to the conclusion that an examination is rarely carried out to establish the state of alcoholic or other intoxication of a person who has committed a crime under Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
