Within the framework of this scientific research, the features of challenging the results of determining the cadastral value in the Russian Federation, some issues of administrative proceedings on challenging the results of determining the cadastral value are considered. The relevance of the research topic is characterized by the need to improve the institutions of appraisal activity and state cadastral assessment within the framework of the domestic legal conjuncture, as well as the significant influence of these institutions on the rationality and legality of solving legal problems in practice. Proper regulation of valuation activities, including certain aspects of the legal mechanism within the state cadastral valuation, is recognized as a key element in ensuring the legality of the above procedural measures, including the creation of separate legal processes. In their work, the authors analyze some aspects of the specifics of the procedure for challenging the results of determining the cadastral value in the Russian Federation, determine the legal content of proceedings in administrative cases on challenging the results of determining the cadastral value, compare the theoretical and practical aspects of this issue.
