Some Issues of Regulation of the Institution of Suspension of the Advocate’s Status in the Light of Decisions of the Moscow City Bar Association

This article is devoted to research of by 23th Conference of advocates of Moscow city bar chamber adopted in 04 April, 2025 decision on mandatory payments of advocates who have an suspended status of advocates for compliance to law on the legal profession and bar, to the Chapter of non-governing non-commercial organization «The Moscow city bar chamber», international standards and norms regulated legal profession. It was made the conclusion that bodies of Moscow city bar chamber adopted a decision with excess of their authority, through violation of advocates rights, current legislation, aims of the Chapter of the organization, international standards and norms on legal profession.
