Some issues of creating a platform for integration of governmental governance and corporate structures

Mismatch between companies' strategies and plans for their current activities is a ubiquitous phenomenon in the modern business world, especially in the CIS countries. The Republic of Uzbekistan in this sense is no exception. However, during the period of independence, Uzbekistan has accumulated a huge experience of participation of state bodies in the process of implementing the strategy of sustainable socio-economic development of the Republic, in accordance with which the state is the main reformer in all areas of political, social, economic transformation of society. Today, close interaction of government agencies with the initiators of investment projects, that is, corporate business structures, is becoming very relevant. In the article, the author attempts to develop ways to create a common platform for their interaction within the framework of innovation and investment projects.
