Some issues of technical and forensic support for measures to record and document the facts of war crimes committed using ammunition and explosive devices

The article discusses the priority measures related to the recording and documentation of the facts of war crimes committed with the use of ammunition and explosive devices. An algorithm of actions of the investigative task force is proposed to ensure their safe operation at the scene of incidents related to the recording of the consequences of war crimes. An alternative version of the forensic kit of an explosives expert for work at the scene, as well as a methodology for determining the direction of artillery fire, is presented. These proposals will improve the efficiency of inspections of accident sites, as well as create favorable conditions for a full and comprehensive investigation of war crimes committed using ammunition and explosive devices.
