Certain issues of transformation of Russian and Belarussian legislation under international intergovernmental organizations acts

The authors analyze transformation processes in Russian and Belarusian legislation related to the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the Council of Europe Convention on the Laundering, Detection, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds of Crime and the Financing of Terrorism, the UN Convention against Corruption, the Convention Council of Europe on the protection of individuals with automated processing of personal data, the UN General Assembly Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
