Some questions of monetary regulation of economy

Article is devoted to questions of monetary regulation of the Russian economy. The modern economic situation is considered as, result of difficult interaction of various political, economic and foreign trade factors. In work the reasons and conditions of development of the monetary relations in the conditions of open economy, their negative impact are allocated for rates and scales of development of economy. The conclusion is drawn that origin and deepening of the majority of financial and economic problems in many respects has not economic nature.
