Some issues of compensation of court costs when considering court cases about contesting the cadastral value

The essence of this study is to study the institute of contesting the cadastral value, some issues of reimbursement of court costs when considering court cases on contesting the cadastral value. At the same time, the relevance of the chosen research topic is predetermined by the current legal situation, as well as the need to improve the institutions of state cadastral valuation and administrative proceedings for reimbursement of court costs in the framework of challenging the cadastral value, the significant influence of these institutions on the rationality and legality of solving legal problems in practice. Proper regulation of evaluation activities, including certain aspects of the legal mechanism within the framework of administrative proceedings in terms of reimbursement of court costs, is recognized as one of the key elements contributing to ensuring the legality of the above procedural measures, including the creation of separate legal processes.
