Some issues of adjudication in civil proceedings

Annotation The purpose of this article is to study the definitions in civil proceedings. The author of the article outlined the classification of definitions, as well as considered such a category as a "simple question", which affects the method of decision-making in the form of definition i.e. removal or not removal to the conference room.
