The analysis of the levels of vitality of medicinal plants species in the conditions of Botanical Garden of UB RAS (Ekaterinburg, southern taiga subzone) and Botanical Garden of the Institute of Biology of Komi Science Centre (Syktyvkar, middle taiga subzone) was carried out. Statistical assessment of the influence of various factors (attachment of species to botanical-geographical zones and altitude zones, life forms, ecological peculiarities, etc.) on the result of the introduction of plants was given.
