Peculiarities of stressful life events influence on the formation of suicidal tendencies in patients with addictive behavior

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of stressful life events on the formation of suicidal tendencies among patients with addictive behavior in comparison to control sample. The factor structure of negative life events was obtained. In the present article analyzed formation of suicidal tendencies under the influence of these factors is studied with consideration of the gender aspect. It can be seen that the factor structure of events affecting suicidal tendencies among addicted patients differ from the control group, the problems with law and being victim of violence are most significant.
