Some remarks in part of the formation of the general erudition of the employee of the ATS: in the context of the categorial apparatus of professional ethics

The article presents an analysis of certain categories included in the set of professional and ethical canons of law enforcement activities of an employee of the internal affairs bodies. Paying attention to the most detailed coverage of the categories of «authority» and «legality», the authors put forward a hypothesis about the special significance of their practical implementation in the activities of the considered generation of law enforcement officers and the feasibility of a systematic organization of educational work in this direction.
