The article examines the essential aspects of non-material motivation of the personnel of internal affairs agencies, which are of decisive importance for mobilizing employees of the said law enforcement agency to effectively solve their official tasks. Identifying the most significant concepts of a number of theoretical scientists in relation to the subject area of the issue under study, the author focuses on six areas of the multifaceted area of non-material motivation, which are important for working with employees of internal affairs agencies.
